Our club is entirely managed, coached & lifeguarded by a fantastic team of volunteers. Without their time & energy, sessions wouldn't be able to happen.
We are always eager to meet anyone that wants to get involved. No prior experience is necessary, and we welcome people from all backgrounds both personal and professional. All training for coaching, lifeguarding & first aid is provided by us.
If you aren't sure how you'd fit in, or whether surf life saving is for you, please get in touch and we will be happy to chat! We can arrange for you to come watch sessions in action, and all our helpers are happy to talk about their experiences with the club!

To manage all finances for the club, bank monies, keep accurate accounts of all expenditure and income. To prepare summary accounts to the committee, and arrange for the accounts to be audited at year end.

Responsible for organising social functions, the club open day, fundraising and local community events. All types of communications to club members.
Key Skills and Requirements – Must be outgoing and a good organiser and communicator
Administration, organising, recording, running of and the management of all competitions and races and shall have overall responsibility for the safe conduct of all Club competitions. The notification and communication of all aspects of the competitions and races on the website and any social media sites as agreed with the committee.
Working with the club Captain, draw up and submit a full programme of competitions, setting out the dates of the competitions and races available and shall submit a progress update to committee meetings, covering all sections of Club competition over the past period.
Organise and coordinate the competition support team for each planned event. Work closely with the Competition Team Coach to agree the competition schedule and objectives for the programme of events in line with the club training programme for National events.
